  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays

SHIPPING TIMELINES

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Customer location

  • Courier partner availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Local restrictions or unforeseen delays


SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout

  • Any ongoing free-shipping offers will be mentioned on the website or product page


TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

    • A tracking ID

    • Courier partner details

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch


DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & FAILED DELIVERIES

  • Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • If delivery fails due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Customer unavailable

    • Refusal to accept the order

  • The package may be returned to origin

❗ In such cases, re-shipping costs must be borne by the customer


ADDRESS ACCURACY

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address

  • Shwestro is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses


CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD availability depends on:

    • Delivery location

    • Courier partner serviceability

  • COD orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched


DAMAGED, MISSING OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A missing item

  • A wrong product

You must:

  • Record a clear unboxing video from opening the sealed package

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

❗ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted


DELAYED SHIPMENTS

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Shwestro is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Force majeure events


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, Shwestro ships only within India.
International shipping will be announced in the future.
