Eligibility

  • Orders must be prepaid (COD orders are not eligible for refunds).

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • Unwashed

    • Free from stains, damage, or odors

    • In original packaging with all tags intact

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for any return, exchange, or refund, customers must provide a clear video recording while unboxing the package.

The video must:

  • Be recorded from the moment the package seal is opened

  • Clearly show the product, tags, and condition

  • Be unedited and continuous

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.


This Guarantee Does NOT Cover

  • COD orders (refunds not applicable)

  • Requests raised after 3 days of delivery

  • Products showing signs of:

    • Wear or usage

    • Washing or stains

    • Damage after delivery

    • Missing tags or packaging

  • Normal wear and tear (see exclusions below)

  • Products returned without a valid unboxing video

For eligible prepaid apparel orders, we offer:

  • Free returns or exchanges, subject to inspection

COD Orders

  • COD orders are eligible only for exchange

  • Refunds are not issued for COD orders

  • Exchange is limited to size or colour of the same product


IMPORTANT RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery

  • Product must be in the same condition as received

  • Must include:

    • Original packaging

    • All tags attached

    • Proof of purchase

    • Unboxing video recording

  • Only one return or exchange is allowed per order

  • Exchanged products are not eligible for a second return or exchange

  • If an incorrect or different product is returned, Shwestro will not be responsible


REVERSE PICKUP & SELF-SHIPPING

  • One reverse pickup attempt will be arranged per order (where serviceable)

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area:

    • Customer must self-ship using a reliable courier

    • Tracking details must be shared

    • Product must be securely packed to avoid transit damage


REFUND PROCESS

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to:

    • Original payment method (prepaid orders)

    • Bank account (if applicable)

  • Refunds will not be issued if:

    • Product fails inspection

    • Unboxing video is missing or invalid

    • Return conditions are not met


EXCLUSIONS – NORMAL WEAR & TEAR

Normal wear and tear refers to natural deterioration due to regular use and is not covered under return or refund.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Colour or print fading

  • Fabric pilling

  • Loss of elasticity

  • Shrinkage

  • Minor seam fraying


EXCHANGE POLICY 

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or colour of the same product

  • If the requested size or colour is unavailable:

    • No refund will be issued

  • Exchange dispatch will occur only after the returned item passes inspection

  • Exchange delivery timelines depend on location and courier availability


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
